Refreshment is a light snack or drink that makes us feel better. Fruits such as banana, apple, kiwi, pineapple and watermelon are the most favorite.
Watermelon is very refreshing, mostly 90% water so it’s good for hydration.

Try this recipe of watermelon refreshment;
Ingredients;
3 Dice of watermelon
1 cup cold water
1 tbsp. of white sugar (optional) or 1 tbsp of raw honey
Direction:
Mixed all the ingredients on a blender, and blend it. Pour it on a glass and enjoy!
