As we love pineapple and normally we just eat it fresh with some pinch of pink salt.
Pineapple is very good for digestion, as it has plenty of fiber and vitamin C for good immune system.
Some eat it raw, add on some dish like salsa or top it on their pizza.
We tried this recipe and it is so easy to do, here is how;
Ingredients:
A cup of pineapple chunks sliced into cubes
A cup of cold water or 12 ice cubes
1 tbsp. of sugar (optional) or 1tbsp of raw honey
Direction:
Pour all the ingredients on a blender and blend it.
