Most adults thinks of exercise as going to the gym or running on a treadmill. It could also be fun doing it at home with kids.
Make space of your home, lay down some mats and do these 10 easy exercises with your kids;

- 1 Minute Butt Kickers
- 25 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Burpees
- 25 Squats
- 15 Lunges
- 25 Knee Pushups
- 50 Mountain Climbers
- 25 Leg Raises
- 1 Minute Arm Planks
This 10 easy exercises can only take you 20-30 minutes at least of your quality time. Also, you can use some equipment like kettlebell or weights to much more intense workout.
Do these routines often and everyday as much as possible.
