In our everyday life we can’t avoid to worry, be sad, frustrated and most of the time get so tired from work, environment and even to your relationships. These worries, problems or circumstances drives us to get stress.
What is Stress? What can it do to our life?
Stress is a state of mental or emotional tension from adverse or very demanding circumstances. Stress happens mostly from work where pressure and demanding job occurs.
If we don’t deal with stress properly this will affect our lives especially our health.
How about we deal with it by healthy foods? As such here I listed eight foods that can fight stress;
1.Green Tea – it is loaded with anti-oxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on improving brain function. Healthy brain helps us think clearly and positively which is very useful when you are stress. Positive thinking makes us happy and content. Green tea is a better drink in the morning than coffee.
2. Chocolate – has a good benefit for the heart especially the dark chocolates. This treat help lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and lower risk of heat disease. Some says, it also have some beauty benefits, just eat on moderation if you don’t want to gain weight. Who cannot resist on chocolates?
