Feeling hungry during bedtime?

Here are 10 healthy bedtime snacks for you:
- Milk – a warm glass of milk, plain and not sweetened.
- Oatmeal – plain or you can add some strawberry or banana for taste.
- Apple Slices – you can add some almond butter
- Whole Grain Crackers – dip it with turkey and cheese
- Banana – you can also dip this with peanut butter
- Celery – dip in humus
- Black Beans – with shredded cheese and avocado
- Whole Grain Toast – with peanut butter or a slice of cheese

- An orange or some cashew nuts
Try not to deprived yourself from time to time, eating during bedtime or what people call “midnight snacks” are not bad to your health.
