Why Cheat Day is Important?

August 19, 2016 By: Katycomment

Cheat Day FridayFor everyday training and exercise in order to be healthy and get fit we also chose to eat healthy.

Eating healthy often times means eating more fruits, vegetables, lean meats and less carbs.

No fatty and process food as much as possible.

The idea that a cheat day means eating anything during a set period of time (usually either one day or one meal). Cheating as making a calculated decision to eat specific things normally avoided for reasons such as we wanted to loss some weight and keep our body ready to train.

Why is it important for us to have a cheat day?

The reason our family always have a cheat day is to make sure we don’t crave that much for certain foods and to remind us that trying to be healthy is fun.

Cheat Day also can be:

  • Stress reliever
  • Can boost metabolism
  • Good reward to maintain healthy lifestyle

For our cheat day we always have either burger or pizza. And we are always looking forward to it.

Just stick to your diet and have a happy cheat day, health will surely be attainable.
