Mexican Food Rich in Protein which is Good after Workout!

Cooking1Dinner is served!

Tonight we have a Mexican dish rich in protein low in calories which is good after a long day from work and Jiu Jitsu training

This dinner is good for four people.

It’s also good for other side dishes like guacamole or rice.

What we have here?

  • Flour Tortilla/Corn or Orange colored tortilla
  • Grilled chicken marinated (bought in a Mexican store)
  • Grilled beef steak (salt and pepper to taste)
  • Salsa (tomatoes, onions, parsley, salt and pepper)
  • Lemon, hot sauce, sour cream (optional)

An absolute winner on taste and in health.
