I found this image circulating the social media these days about a 30 day squat challenge. Squat exercises are very good for leaner thighs and stronger hips.
As I have problems with big hips and thighs, this is a perfect workout challenge.
I started it July 1st with perseverance and hopeful for some good results after 30 days. This only takes you 2-5 minutes a day of your time, so easy and not so time consuming. You can do this while cooking, watching TV and even add it on your daily at home workout routines.
Everyday we challenge ourselves, might not as well add this on your list.
