Cheat Day Can Also Be Healthy

June 24, 2016 By: Katycomment

20160613_123300If your are into fitness, the word “cheat day” sounds familiar to you. Because this is the day where you can eat anything you crave for from the week you abstain or choose to eat healthy. Some meant it, the day to eat anything unhealthy like burger, pizza, basically carbs and fats.

Today I manage to cook healthy; sardines lemon pasta with clubhouse sandwich consist of lite spam, egg and white cheese in wheat bread.

Sardines Pasta Recipe:

1 can of sardines in olive oil

half of a lemon

about 2 servings of cooked pasta noodles ( I believe there are healthier options of pasta in store, so you might to chose that version)

Just heat up the sardines in a pan, add some lemon juice (varies with your taste), a dash of fish sauce to taste (if you don’t have fish sauce just add salt), pinch of pepper and toss the pasta on the pan. Lower the heat, give some stir until sardines mix well with the pasta. And then serve it with a bread or in my version a clubhouse sandwich.

Enjoy your cheat day, like I said it can be healthy.
