Exercise is a good way to start your morning, but going to the gym might be a little hard so why not do it at home.
I found this 5 simple workout drills online and told myself why not try. So the moment I sent my son to school and husband to work I warmed up and did these routines. It was a good light exercise before having your breakfast.

For Beginners – you can do at least 3 sets
Intermediate – 4 to 5 sets
And for Advanced – you can do 6 sets or more
Make sure to warm up before, like jog in place or jumping jacks, and stretched afterwards. Also hydrate yourself and rest once in a while. If you wanted to eat breakfast first wait for at least 1 hour before you exercise.
Wake up and make it happen!
