As I was trying to lose some weight, I noticed my thighs are not getting slimmer as I hope for. I came to a realization that there must be some specific routine to workout my thighs and make it look thinner. I did my research and to my surprise there are so many routines online.
I chose these steps as it is simpler and you can do this in the comfort of your home.
2 Minutes Routine to Slimmer Thighs
Step 1: Lie on the floor, right side down making sure your hip muscle touching the mat/floor. Your elbows should carry all your weight on this position.
(Tip: Have a yoga mat or towel or anything not too hard surface to lie on)
Step 2: Raise your left foot up and down for about 20 times. Then do circles 10x.
Point your foot towards your front direction, raise it up and down for 10x, then do circles 10x.
Point your foot towards your back direction, raise it up and down for 10x, then do circles 10x.
(Tip: Raise your foot as high as you can to feel the burn more, also you can do it longer if you want)
Step 3: In the same position, place your left leg across your right leg, then raise your right leg up and down 20x and do circles 10x.
(Tip: Try to maintain your position as this will work on your inner thighs)
Step 4: Change to the other side, same position, lie on your left this time and do routines from Step 2 and 3.
(Tip: Make sure to stretched out after this routine to avoid soreness)
Start the clock and work on it everyday, you can see results in no time!
