Why do we like Jiu Jitsu?
Like boxing we had this sport since we joined to UFC gym. I was hesitant at first as I saw others getting pinned down and got hurt. For me it is more fighting than a workout. But then my husband encourage me to watch and learn the importance and art of this sport.
My eldest son also started joining and to my surprise he liked it. They like BJJ so much as they train almost everyday and even get to join tournaments. It was a scary moment for me to watch them, and thank goodness they didn’t end up getting hurt so bad.
I got interested upon watching my boys and started to join an all women BJJ class every Saturday.
