As a mom with two kids, staying fit and in shape is hard for me. And one of my biggest goal is to get rid of my belly fats and pregnancy flabs.
I had my two boys via C-section procedures causing my belly to be so flabby. I’m not complaining because these are my best scars, but it’s not a bad idea if I will somehow do something to make it look better.
Ab workout or ab exercises is the much needed routine with flabby bellies. It will helps strengthen and define the physique of your abs core.
I found these ab workout in Facebook and tried it. I started 3 sets and increasing it as much as I can everyday. It is hard and I know it will take time before I can see results, so don’t give up.
Also, try to warm up first and stretched afterwards to avoid soreness.
