Gearing up is hard and challenging when you do workout or any kind of sports during winter season.
Considering style, safety from the cold weather and comfort depends on the event location. Usually there are indoor locations like the gym or covered courts that are normally warm, and there is outdoor like parks which is expected to be so cold, windy and snowy.
What Sporati Family Wear for cold training days?
For Sporati family if we go indoor like to the gym which we usually go, we only wear one layer of clothing with a t-shirt and leggings or sweat pants, as I mentioned the location is expected to be warm. Normal rubber shoes will do.
If we go outdoor, aside from our jackets we definitely wear thermals and cold gears to fight the frigid temperature. Make sure your clothing covers your skin and can beat the cold wind, beanies and hats are also helpful. With regards to shoes it should be non-slip shoes or shoes that can go through snow or ice as it will be so slippery so be careful when you run or play outside.
There should be no excuse to skip workout during winter, with perseverance and proper clothing. Stay Warm!
