We Are Training At Home

There is no place like home. If the weather is not so good to be outside or too lazy to go to the gym or park why not do it at home.

Home is a wonderful place to do your workout, just make sure to find a spacious room to be comfortable enough. You can do normal routines like ab works, strength exercises, cardio and sometimes Zumba even without a coach, there are so many exercise routines now online like in YouTube and even in Facebook.

I listed some of the benefits about working out from home;
1. You will do it on your own time and pace
2. No need to travel, will avoid traffic specially on rush hours (no wasted time)
3. Doing it alone will help you focus
4. Exercise with the whole family is fun
5. It will make you be creative and resourceful

We do workout at home twice or thrice a week for atleast 30 minutes. Make sure to still wear comfortable clothes (gym clothing is preferred) and rubber shoes to avoid sprains or soreness afterwards. This is good for moms like me as there are so much stuff to be done at home and travelling to the gym is hard.
