It was a very busy day and no time to travel and workout to the gym. So I decided to do it at home, release some tensions, stress and just sweat it out.
Here are the routines I did;
Warm Up – 5 minutes jog in place (intervals of 2 minutes, rest then 3 minutes)
Workout #1
100 Squats (you can try atleast 20 to 50 times)
Workout #2
100 Burpees (you can try atleast 20 to 50 times)
Rest for 5 minutes or drink some water
Workout #3
100 Pushups (you can try atleast 20 to 50 times)
Workout #4
100 Mountain Climbers (you can try atleast 20 to 50 times)
Finally
5 minutes plank (body facing the floor)
This routines will take you about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how slow or fast you can go. For first timers I suggest to do just a little bit of the routines, or just lessen the count as you go along increase it. This will test your endurance so I suggest to take it easy, do more warm up and make sure to cool down or stretched after workout to avoid getting sore. Also keep yourself hydrate as you go on with the routines because you will definitely going to sweat out.
