PINEAPPLE – is a tropical fruit with lots and lots of vitamins and minerals. Despite of its not so attractive looking it is very nutritional. As we are into sports and other physical activities this is one of our favorite fruit as it helps strengthen our bones and immune system.

– Prevents other illnessis like infections, etc.
There are so many ways on how to eat this fruit, juice it, cook or you can preserved it. And our family choose to eat it fresh we wash it, slice and enjoy it (a pinch of salt will do if not sweet enough). We eat pineapple twice or thrice a week, just don’t eat too much or be cautious as it may lead to diarrhea.
